• Tracking information is retained with the order.

Condition and shipment documentation

Pico inventory is new and unused previous-generation inventory in original packaging that was not factory sealed by design. Before shipment, VPNfor.life may record the serial number and document the item, box contents, packing condition and shipping label.

Problems with an order

If VPNfor.life ships the wrong item, materially misdescribes the item, or the shipment arrives materially damaged in transit, contact us promptly with the order number and supporting photographs so the order can be reviewed.

No technical-support returns

Difficulty installing, configuring or using the product is not a return reason. VPNfor.life does not provide technical, networking, firmware, DPN or mining support.
